Both are at a high level, but with different character. Claude writes more naturally and with fewer Anglicisms — particularly for formal business texts, letters, and reports it feels more authentic. ChatGPT is linguistically more flexible and follows formatting instructions very precisely. For marketing copy and social media posts ChatGPT is often more directly usable; for business letters and legal text drafts many prefer Claude.

This means: you can have long contracts, annual reports, or entire project documents analysed in one conversation without having to split the document. ChatGPT-4o has around 128,000 tokens context. For analysing long documents, Claude is the superior choice.
