— Challenge

EA Digital Solutions needed its own platform that meets several requirements at once: a modern, high-performance marketing website, a flexible CMS for content strategy (pillar clusters, hidden pillars, multilingual), a project showcase and infrastructure for our own AI agents and web scraping tools. At the same time the platform had to serve as a reference project for clients — it shows live what a modern tech stack can do.

— Approach

We built the platform entirely in-house on Next.js (App Router), Payload CMS 3 and PostgreSQL (Neon), deployed on Vercel. Five specialised AI agents support content creation, SEO optimisation, code reviews and automation. A custom AI web scraper extracts structured data from any website. The whole platform is a live showcase: every visitor sees the same tech stack we use for client projects.

Architecture decision

Evaluating Next.js + Payload against classic CMS options. We chose a modern headless stack with Server Components.

Core platform

Building the foundation: Payload collections, multilingual routing, a design system and performance optimisation (Lighthouse 95+).

AI agents & tools

Developing 5 AI agents for content, SEO, code and automation, plus an AI web scraper tool.

Content & launch

Filling every page, SEO setup, Vercel deployment and monitoring.
