Development in two-week sprints with regular feedback. After every sprint you see real progress in a staging environment you can test yourself. Change requests go straight into the next sprint — no black box, no surprises at launch.
Deployment on Vercel with a CI/CD pipeline, training for your team in the CMS back end and complete technical documentation. On request we also take over ongoing operation with a maintenance contract: updates, performance monitoring and further development.
