Challenge

The job ads lived in the CMS but never showed up in Google Jobs: without valid JobPosting markup, Google simply does not pick them up.

On top of that came a site structure that had grown over the years — many small, barely linked pages with no clear topic hierarchy. Neither applicants nor Google could tell which page stood for what.

Approach

We built a generator that turns the CMS data into valid JSON-LD automatically: JobPosting with title, date, work location, employment type and salary, plus Organization and BreadcrumbList.

Since then, publishing a new position is enough — the markup is created automatically and expired positions disappear again. In parallel we moved the site structure to a pillar-cluster model, so topic pages bundle and internally link their sub-pages.

Process

01

SEO audit & schema concept

Analysis of the existing site structure, identification of the pillar topics, Schema.org template design for Google Jobs.

02

Pillar-cluster architecture

Building the new page hierarchy with 5 main pillars and 30+ cluster pages, all internally linked.

03

Schema generator & chatbot

Development of the dynamic JSON-LD generator and integration of a custom chatbot with an FAQ database.

04

Launch & SEO monitoring

Rollout, Google rich-results validation, Google Jobs indexing, monthly ranking reports.
