For RAG pipelines and document intelligence you bring your own materials (PDFs, emails, knowledge base). For general LLM integrations no training data is needed — we use pre-trained models with targeted prompting.
No. We use API access with data privacy agreements (OpenAI Enterprise, Anthropic API) where your data is explicitly not used for model training. On request we also deploy fully on-premise with open-source models like Llama or Mistral.
Yes — that is our core competency. We build interfaces directly into Weclapp, SAP, Salesforce or any system with a REST API. AI outputs land automatically as structured data in your system — no manual copy-paste.
We build in fallback mechanisms: when confidence scores are low the case is flagged for manual review instead of being processed blindly. You always stay in control — no black-box automation silently producing errors.
