n8n is an open-source workflow automation platform that replaces these manual processes with automatic workflows. The decisive advantage over Zapier or Make: n8n can run on your own server (self-hosting), charges no per-transaction fees and gives you full control over your data — an important point for GDPR compliance.
We design and implement n8n workflows for your specific use case. Typical automations: lead notifications for new form submissions, automatic data sync between CRM and accounting, AI-assisted e-mail categorisation, social media monitoring with automatic summaries, and automated reporting pipelines that consolidate data from several sources into one dashboard update.
For complex logic beyond the standard building blocks we use n8n's code nodes (JavaScript and Python). They allow data manipulation, API calls with special authentication methods and conditional branching that the visual blocks alone couldn't handle.
