Funding can lower your costs.
Austrian SMEs can get part of their digitalisation project costs funded through federal and state programmes such as aws and SFG. We guide you through the application — at no extra charge.

Frequently asked questions about pricing.
Are there hidden costs?
No. All packages are fixed prices — what you see is the total price, including preparation, delivery, and written output. Travel costs (outside Graz/Styria) are agreed separately in advance. No hourly rate surprises.
When and how do I pay?
One-off packages (potential analysis, strategy, audit) are invoiced after project completion and delivery of the report. Monthly packages are invoiced monthly in advance. Payment by bank transfer, payment term 14 days.
Are there discounts for long-term collaboration?
Yes. When booking a starter package plus ongoing support, the starter package is offered at a reduced price. For contracts of 6+ months of ongoing support, there is a loyalty discount of 10%. Please ask us about this.
What if I am not satisfied?
For all analysis packages (AI potential analysis, digitalisation check): if after receiving the report you do not find the result valuable, we will refund the full amount — no questions asked. That is our quality promise.
Can I combine packages with funding?
Many of our services can be partly funded through programmes such as aws Digitalisierung or SFG — depending on your company, the project and open calls. According to kmudigital.at, KMU.DIGITAL is currently exhausted. We check eligibility in the initial consultation, guide you through the application and provide the necessary documentation.
