Funding reduces your costs
Funding can lower your costs.
Austrian SMEs can get part of their digitalisation project costs funded through open programmes — as of November 2026 mainly regional ones such as the SFG in Styria. We check which open programme fits and guide you through the application — at no extra charge.

* Applies only if your business qualifies for Lebens!Nah: a Styrian micro-business with a shop that makes more than half of its turnover with consumers (pure online sellers do not qualify). As of November 2026. The SFG decides on eligibility and amount; the application must be filed before the project starts. For other businesses the SFG has other programmes, and which one fits is clarified with the SFG. We check this in the initial consultation.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about pricing.
Are there hidden costs?
No. All packages are fixed prices — what you see is the total price, including preparation, delivery, and written output. Travel costs (outside Graz/Styria) are agreed separately in advance. No hourly rate surprises.
When and how do I pay?
One-off packages (potential analysis, strategy, audit) are invoiced after project completion and delivery of the report. Monthly packages are invoiced monthly in advance. Payment by bank transfer, payment term 14 days.
Are there discounts for long-term collaboration?
Yes. When booking a starter package plus ongoing support, the starter package is offered at a reduced price. For contracts of 6+ months of ongoing support, there is a loyalty discount of 10%. Please ask us about this.
What if I am not satisfied?
For all analysis packages (AI potential analysis, digitalisation check): if after receiving the report you do not find the result valuable, we will refund the full amount — no questions asked. That is our quality promise.
Can I combine packages with funding?
Many of our services can be partly funded through open programmes, as of November 2026 mainly the SFG (e.g. Cyber!Sicher, Ideen!Reich XS, Lebens!Nah) and, in Vienna, the Vienna Business Agency — depending on your company, the project and the programme document. The aws digitalisation calls are currently closed, and KMU.DIGITAL is exhausted. We check eligibility in the initial consultation, guide you through the application and provide the necessary documentation.
