Challenge

Microfluidics, a life science research company, had a website with excellent expertise but no structure at all. In-depth scientific content was hard to find, there were no lead magnets, and the CMS didn't let the internal team edit content flexibly. The site generated practically no leads — visitors came, read and left without getting in touch.

Approach

We rebuilt the entire information architecture: a clear hierarchy with topic landing pages, easy-to-follow navigation paths and strategically placed lead magnets (downloadable PDFs, webinar sign-ups, fact sheets). Payload CMS was configured so the Microfluidics team can maintain all content themselves — without a developer. Dynamic forms capture leads and segment them automatically by area of interest.
