Job ads that Google indexes and shows directly.
Job ads only appear in Google Jobs if the page delivers correct JobPosting schema markup. That sounds easier than it is: required fields such as datePosted, validThrough, jobLocation and baseSalary are regularly filled in incorrectly or incompletely, which leads to rejections in Google Search Console. We build schema markup generators that automatically deliver job ads from your CMS or database with correct JSON-LD – no manual editing per job. For E-TEC GmbH and TMC Consulting we built a dynamic generator that structures hundreds of job ads fully automatically and brought the error rate in Search Console down to zero. We also cover Organization, BreadcrumbList and FAQPage schema.

In Detail
Job ads in Google for Jobs reach applicants directly in Google Search — without job board fees and without paid ads. The prerequisite: your job ads must deliver correct JobPosting Schema.org markup in JSON-LD format. Google validates every required field (title, datePosted, hiringOrganization, jobLocation, baseSalary) and silently rejects ads with errors.
In practice many companies fail on the details: the validThrough field is formatted incorrectly. The jobLocation is missing or only contains the head office instead of the actual place of work. baseSalary isn't stored as a structured object with currency and value. And when jobs expire, the schema stays on the page, causing warnings in Google Search Console.
We solve the problem at its root: instead of writing JSON-LD manually for every job, we build a dynamic schema generator that pulls the data from your existing CMS or job database. Create a new job — the schema is generated automatically. Job expired — the schema is removed automatically. Salary or location changed — the schema is updated immediately.
We implemented such a generator for E-TEC GmbH and TMC Consulting: hundreds of job ads are delivered fully automatically with correct schema, the error rate in Google Search Console has dropped to zero, and the ads appear in Google for Jobs within 24–72 hours.
Why do so many schema implementations fail? The most common errors: datePosted in the wrong format (Google expects ISO 8601: 2026-08-05T00:00:00+02:00, not 05.08.2026). jobLocation with only an addressCountry field instead of the full address with streetAddress, addressLocality and postalCode. baseSalary without the required structure of currency, value.minValue, value.maxValue and value.unitText. And the most common problem: expired jobs whose schema is still on the page — Google shows warnings in Search Console and can devalue all job postings on the domain after repeated violations.
Our dynamic generator solves all of these problems: the data comes from your CMS, the formatting is output correctly automatically, and expired jobs are removed from the markup automatically. We also implement Organization schema (company name, logo, website) and BreadcrumbList schema for the page structure.
Prices: a schema generator for one CMS (WordPress, Payload, Contentful, Strapi): from €1,800 one-off. Integration with applicant tracking systems (Personio, Greenhouse, Lever): from €3,000. Ongoing maintenance is usually not needed — the generator works automatically with every new job you create.
Problems we solve: job ads that don't appear in Google for Jobs because the schema markup is faulty — despite a supposedly correct implementation. Warnings in Google Search Console that have been ignored for months. Expired jobs that are still indexed and send applicants to "position no longer available" pages.
EA Digital Solutions implemented schema generators for E-TEC GmbH and TMC Consulting that deliver hundreds of job ads fully automatically with correct markup. The error rate in Google Search Console has dropped to zero, and new jobs appear in Google for Jobs within 24–72 hours.
